机电控制实习基地Training Base for Mechanical and Electrical Control

实验室简介Introduction to Laboratory

该实习基地根据机电类、自动化类、先进制造类行业、企业中工业自动化应用的特点,对各类自动生产线的工作过程和相关的技术进行研究,对工业现场设备进行提炼和浓缩,并针对实训教学活动进行专门设计,融机、光、电、气于一体,包含了PLC、传感器、机械传动等诸多领域的微型柔性加工系统。该设备主要包括:环形工件传输单元、上料检测单元、搬运单元、加工单元、安装搬运单元、分类搬运单元、分类单元共八个单元,完成上料-传输-加工-安装-传输-分类存储工序。每一个模块都采用可移动式、可根据需要的动作流程任意的自行组装。

“机电控制实习基地”主要承担智能工程学院各专业电气类课程组综合设计、毕业实习等教学任务,涉及电气控制与PLC的综合应用,以及对实物对象的实际控制应用训练,该实习基地主要采用台架网孔板形式呈现,配置S7-300、S7-200系列西门子PLC、触摸屏(用户界面)、通讯模块、模拟量模块、典型工业实物对象、外围电气控制器件等诸多单元。学生可灵活配置相应硬软件资源,自己动手安装、连接、编程和调试。

1.微型柔性加工系统的安装与调试Installation and Debugging of Micro Flexible Machining System

通过调整供料检测单元、搬运单元、操作手单元、加工单元、安装单元、分类单元、环形输送线等,可完成柔性生产线实训系统的安装、调试。

The installation and debugging of the flexible production line training system can be completed by adjusting the feeding detection unit, handling unit, operator unit, processing unit, installation unit, classification unit, ring conveyor line, etc.

通过配置的气缸、电磁阀和磁性开关等气动控制元件,可完成下列气动技术的工作任务:

通过配置的PLC、变频器、步进电机、交流电机、伺服电机、指令开关和传感器等,可完成下列PLC应用技术工作任务:

4.传感器技术及应用Sensor Technology and Application

该系统使用的传感器数量众多,有电感式、电容式、光电式、电磁式等,每一种传感都有着各自的特性、发挥着不同的作用,使系统得以可靠工作。
