机械原理实验室Mechanical basis of laboratory

实验室简介Introduction to Laboratory

本实验室承担我校机械设计制造及其自动化、机械电子工程及其相关专业的《机械原理》实验课程教学。通过机构的运动分析,培养学生绘制机构运动简图,掌握机构运动参数测定等方面的实践能力。通过各种空间机构的拼接实践,培养学生的综合设计能力、创造设计能力及工程实践能力;打破传统的演示性、验证性、单一性的实验模式,建立新型的设计型、搭接型、综合型的实验体系。是实现机械原理基础实践和综合实践等重点教学内容的多功能实训平台。

This laboratory undertakes the teaching of "Mechanical Principles" in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, mechanical and electronic engineering and related specialties of our university. Through the motion analysis of the mechanism, students are trained to draw the motion sketch of the mechanism and master the practical ability of measuring the motion parameters of the mechanism. Through the splicing practice of various space mechanisms, the students' comprehensive design ability, creative design ability and engineering practice ability are trained; the traditional demonstration, verification and single experimental mode is broken, and a new design, lap and comprehensive experimental system is established. It is a multi-functional training platform to realize the basic practice and comprehensive practice of mechanical principles and other key teaching contents.

主要实验项目 Main experimental items:

1.机构认知Institutional Cognition.

通过对机械原理空间机构的观察,加深对机构的认知。主要机构模型有双十字万向节、空间双曲柄摇杆、棘轮机构及圆柱凸轮间歇机构等。

Through the observation of space mechanism of mechanical principle, the recognition of mechanism is deepened. The main mechanism models include double cross universal joint, space double crank rocker, ratchet mechanism and cylindrical cam intermittent mechanism.

2.机构运动简图的测绘Surveying and mapping of mechanism motion sketch.。

1)测绘机构模型的运动简图。Motion sketch of mapping mechanism model.

2)计算空间机构的自由度。Calculate the degree of freedom of spatial mechanism.

3.机构运动参数的测定。Measurement of kinematic parameters of mechanism

1)了解机构运动参数(线位移、线速度、线加速度、角位移、角速度、转速、角加速度)的测量原理和方法。Understanding the measuring principle and method of the motion parameters (linear displacement, linear velocity, linear acceleration, angular displacement, angular velocity, rotational speed and angular acceleration) of the mechanism.

2)测量机构原动件的运动参数。Measuring the motion parameters of the original parts of the mechanism.

3)测量机构从动件的运动参数。Measuring the motion parameters of the follower of the mechanism.

4.凸轮机构的拼接及创新设计。The splicing and innovative design of cam mechanism.

1)对凸轮机构进行运动分析和结构设计Motion analysis and structure design of cam mechanism.

2)对机械传动及速度波动进行调节To adjust the mechanical transmission and speed fluctuation.

3)对机械平衡进行调节To adjust the mechanical balance

5.Spatial mechanism innovation combination lapping.

To deepen students'understanding of the principle of organization composition, to further understand the organization composition and its movement characteristics, and to cultivate students' engineering practical ability, innovative thinking and comprehensive design ability.

6.机械系统传动方案优化设计Optimum design of transmission scheme of mechanical system

加深学生对齿轮传动、带传动及链传动等传动方式的认识。

To deepen students'understanding of gear transmission, belt transmission and chain transmission.
