测控实验室 Testing-controlling Laboratory

实验室简介 Introduction to Laboratory

“测控实验室”可承担我院本科电气、自动化、机械、轨道交通信号与控制等专业“传感器与自动检测技术”、“过程控制”、“自动化仪表”等课程的实践环节需求,并具有较好的开放性和扩展性,可作为课程设计、毕业设计的实验实训模型及对象。

实验系统综合传统的测控技术综合实验平台、智能仪器与虚拟仪器装置,传感器技术实验装置,基于信号从变换、采集、传输、处理、输出控制与显示的完整过程,结合测控技术、仪器及其相关领域最新的研究成果与发展趋势,而搭建起的综合实验平台。过程控制装置采用多种常用的控制方式和理论,除了常见的PID算法及其改进算法外,还增加了模糊控制、人工神经元控制等先进的控制策略。能模拟工业化过程控制的各个环节的执行和检测机构。除了能满足本科学生的实验教学,还能为研究生、相关专业老师进行复杂控制系统、智能控制系统等方面的研究,提供实验对象和实现的手段。

"Testing-controlling Laboratory" can take on the practical needs of the courses of "Sensor and Automatic Detection Technology", "Process Control", "Automation Instrument" in electrical, automation, mechanical, rail transit signal and control specialties of our college, and has good openness and expansibility. It can be used as an experimental training model and object for curriculum design and graduation design.

The experimental system integrates the traditional integrated experimental platform of measurement and control technology, intelligent instrument and virtual instrument device, and sensor technology experimental device. Based on the complete process of signal transformation, acquisition, transmission, processing, output control and display, and combined with the latest research results and development trends of measurement and control technology, instrument and related fields, a comprehensive experimental platform is built. Process control devices adopt many common control methods and theories. In addition to the common PID algorithm and its improved algorithm, advanced control strategies such as fuzzy control and artificial neuron control are added. It can simulate the execution and testing mechanism of each link of industrial process control. In addition to satisfying the experimental teaching of undergraduate students, it can also provide experimental objects and means for the research of complex control system and intelligent control system for graduate students and relevant professional teachers.
