3D打印实验室 3D Printing Laboratory

实验室简介Introduction to Laboratory:

本实验室承担我校自动化3D及其相关专业的《快速成形与快速制模》、《三维扫描测量技术和逆向设计》等实验课程教学,可开展3D打印和逆向工程设计。3D打印技术是一种以数字模型文件为基础,运用粉末状金属或塑料等可粘合材料,通过逐层打印的方式来构造物体的技术;逆向工程是相对于传统的设计而言,从一个存在的零件入手,首先对其进行数字化处理,然后进行数据处理、曲面重建、构造CAD模型,最后制造出产品的过程。本实验室可用于本科生实践教学和学生创新创客活动。是学生全面掌握3D打印技术全过程,能独立完成产品设计和打印成品的综合性实训平台。

Our laboratory undertakes the teaching of the experimental courses of Rapid Prototyping and Rapid Molding, Three-dimensional Scanning Measurement Technology and Reverse Design in our school's Automation 3D and related specialties. It can be used for 3D printing and reverse engineering design. 3D printing technology is based on digital model files, using bindable materials such as powder metal or plastic to construct objects by printing layer by layer. Relative to traditional design, reverse engineering starts with an existing part, firstdigitalizes it, then processes data processing, surface reconstruction, constructs CAD model, and finally manufactures the product. The laboratory can be used for undergraduate practical teaching and student innovative activities. It is a comprehensive training platform for students to master the whole process of 3D printing technology and independently complete product design and printing products.
